Today's plan was to cover as many places in taipei before leaving for Taizhong the next day. (: So presenting...... our jam-packed programmes. Exhausted and drenched we were. We wanted to head down to Xi Men Ding at about 10ish, but were told that will be way to early. lol. So the very nice driver of Onestar Hotel drove us to Taipei's Martyrs' Shrine. The guard changing procession, the architecture, the tiny blooms and heat was fun enough to entertain us. I was rather excited to say the least. Ha! MARTYRS' SHRINE
XI MEN DING Taipei's renown "Orchard Road". Very busy during the weekends. Here, you will catch sight of the fashionistas, celebrities, all the hip and happening stuff. However, NEVER get you shopping from here! Stuff here are hugely over-priced! (: Otherwise, it is a good place to soak in the youth culture. Yo, WAZZUP! Oh ya, It was here that I found TV crew searching for beauties. How cool can that be ?!?! Yep, I caught sight of Jolin. A day after some taiwanese big award show, where she was named..... something like most popular female artiste? I don't know la. She is HOT in Taiwan, that's for sure!
