okay! I confess, I am an utterly lousy planner.... So? Blame me la. :)

Anyway, this was what happened on Tuesday (01-08-2006) ...

I tried to be a really nice friend, so I suggested to mdm, Carol and Shaun (my very lovable groupies) that we could have dinner at this really cool Indian restaurant @ Excelsior Shopping Centre. The thing about this restaurant is that it is a "charity" restaurant, you pay whatever amount you deem fit as the proceeds go to a temple in SG and helping the needy. As such, the waiters, waitresses, chef... and whatever staffs a restaurant needs are all volunteers. COOL huh?

Lo and behold! Being a "superb" planner, after arriving at the restaurant's shopfront - EMPTY! GONE! Yes, they shifted to somewhere in Chinatown. Thanks man... thanks.

(Bearing in mind, I have arranged to meet JH, Wil, Shaun at city hall mrt @ 6.30pm) ...

Oh ya... leading me to conclude, why on earth did I get JH and Wil to join us when they erm... have not much idea who my uni-mates are? I seriously sux at planning big time! But anyhow, I was glad that they were fast friends. ;) Aei, I was helping JH and Wil to kill time k?

*rewind back to dinner*

Thankfully, a very nice Carol suggested we go for the best Ramen in SG @ cuppage centre. So, finally, everyone gathered for a pretty good dinner. :) Then comes the "ku-ku" part... what to do after dinner........ ME = no idea! We pretty much walked around heeren like "ku-kus"? :)

But anyhow, we landed ourselves @ the balcony again....... nope, no more strawberry & watermelon magarita for me. But it was cool to chill out here, then it was home home home.

oh ya ya ya.... on our way to take the MRT, you know the long long pathway before the gantries? yep. I was hogging the lane, unknowingly of course. Then, I had this really weird encounter...

Mr I-have-no-idea-what-your-name-is : "Sorry Miss, excuse me."
Me : "oh... sorry, sorry" *I moved to the left to make way for him to walk on the right lane*
Mr I-have-no-idea-what-your-name-is : "oh, thank you so much... thank you, thank you, thank you!" *he thanked me profusely for like 5 metres* :)

ha ha ha.... thank you so much Mr I-have-no-idea-what-your-name-is! You made me feel really appreciated for doing a really simple act though my planning skills still needs loads of honing! :) So anyone game enough to let me plan a gathering?
